What to Expect:
Schedule
Construction is planned to begin in July 2026 and continue through the fall. Contractor hours will be between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
Roadway/Access Impacts
- Temporary road closures or detours may occur.
- Driveways may be blocked for short periods.
For planned blockages, we will notify you in advance (via door hanger), so that you may plan ahead to park outside the active construction zone.
Surface Impacts
The majority of the project will impact the existing road surface. However, portions of work may disturb private surface improvements located within the public rights of way or easements. We will make every effort to minimize disruption and restore these improvements as closely as possible to their original condition. Additional details are provided below.
Surface Impacts and Restoration:
Hardscape (includes driveways, retaining walls, and fencing)
We will repair or replace impacted hard surfaces (concrete, asphalt, gravel) and reinstall affected walls and fences. You may choose to remove items in advance if preferred.
Lawn, Vegetation, and Tree Removals & Restoration
Disturbed lawns will be restored with sod or seed. Property owners will be responsible for watering and maintenance after installation.
We will preserve landscaping where possible. If removal is necessary, the ground will be restored, but plant replacement will be the property owner’s responsibility.
Sprinkler Systems
Damaged sprinkler lines or heads will be repaired. If issues are noticed after construction, please contact us and we will address them promptly.
