A person, or authorized representative of a person, who believes they have been discriminated against may file a written complaint with Tim Murrell, General Manager, Whitworth Water District, 17401 N Newport Road, Mead, WA 99021, 509-466-0550. The complaint must be in writing and include the name, address and phone number of the complainant and the location, date and detailed description of the problem. The complaint must be filed within 60 business days of an alleged discrimination.
Alternative methods of filing complaints, such as personal interviews or a taped recording of the complaint, will be made available for persons with disabilities upon request.
Whitworth Water District is seeking a reliable and friendly Customer Service Specialist. Position will be working primarily at the front customer service desk. Duties include: answering phones, data entry, balancing deposits and processing customer accounts. 40 hours a week – Pay: $18.06 – $26.15/Hour. For a complete job description click here.
