Timothy Murrell
Timothy Murrell is the General Manager of Whitworth Water District. Tim brings years of experience in water resources planning, financial oversight, contractual management, and board administration. His background includes extensive knowledge and experience in state and federal water regulations, district management, mediation and negotiation, and capital improvement planning.
Tim obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree in Recreation and Parks Management from Penn State University and his Master’s Degree in Community and Regional Planning with an emphasis in Natural Resources and Environmental Planning from the University of New Mexico.
Matt Wright
Matt Wright is the Superintendent of Whitworth Water District. Matt Wright came to Whitworth Water from AHBL Inc where he worked as a Professional Engineer. Matt has been employed in the Engineering field since 2006. He attended the University of Washington where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering. Matt is an accredited registered Professional Engineer with the State of Washington.
